Skin & Bones is an American bistro crafting Pacific Northwest cuisine. We are deeply committed to serve 100% pesticide and GMO-free food. We consider ourselves “co-producers” of everything we serve, working with the farmers to provide you with tasty, real food.

We’re very excited to announce that beginning February 10th we will be open Friday & Saturday at 5pm with last seating at 9pm and adding Sunday Brunch from 10am — 2pm! In addition, we will host a reservation-only Skin & Bones Supper to introduce the new menu on the 1st Thursday of every month.
