Skin & Bones is an Amer­i­can bistro craft­ing Pacific North­west cui­sine. We are deeply com­mit­ted to serve 100% pes­ti­cide and GMO-free food. We con­sider our­selves “co-producers” of every­thing we serve, work­ing with the farm­ers to pro­vide you with tasty, real food.

We’re very excited to announce that begin­ning Feb­ru­ary 10th we will be open Fri­day & Sat­ur­day at 5pm with last seat­ing at 9pm and adding Sun­day Brunch from 10am — 2pm! In addi­tion, we will host a reservation-only Skin & Bones Sup­per to intro­duce the new menu on the 1st Thurs­day of every month.
